I must admit that when I sat down to watch this 1997 movie titled "Good Burger" I wasn't really having much of any high expectations or hopes for the movie. But still, it being a movie that I hadn't already seen was sufficient to make me give the movie a chance. While they weren't exactly the typical supervillains fans had gotten used to seeing in the likes of the MCU, the audience still felt the same amount of joy at their failures.
A large artificial burger falls from the roof and smashes Mr. Wheat's newly-repaired car. In the aftermath, Mondo Burger is shut down and Kurt is arrested for poisoning Good Burger's sauce and for using illegal Triampathol. They return to Good Burger, where their coworkers hail them as heroes. Good Burger is a comedy film about two fast food workers attempting to save their neighborhood burger joint. As an adult, Kenan and Kel's Good Burger skits on Nickelodeon never interested me and I always thought it was pretty dumb. As for the film, it's a bit better than the TV show "Kenan and Kel" but this isn't saying a lot for older audiences.

But no shoutout to dan schneider who plays the store manager. Right at the head of the climax, Dexter and Ed must rush back to Good Burger after being placed in a psychiatric hospital. When someone from Mondo Burger poisons their sauce, Ed rushes inside and tackles a wholesome old lady who is seconds away from biting into the poisoned food. A soundtrack containing hip hop, R&B, funk and punk rock was released on July 15, 1997 by Capitol Records. It peaked at 101 on the Billboard 200 and 65 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. While Dexter creates a distraction, Ed tries to take a can of Triampathol but clumsily knocks another one into the meat grinder. As Kurt corners Dexter on the roof, Ed suddenly arrives with an empty can. As Kurt mocks Ed's actions, Ed snidely comments to Dexter that the can was not empty when he found it. Mondo Burger then starts to collapse, as the burgers start exploding due to the excess Triampathol.

There is a moment when the opposition tries to be sillier than the silly protagonist and that doesn't always work. Needless to say that the odd characters were nicely brought to life on the screen by the two lead actors, those being Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson. But the movie also had great support performances from the likes of Sinbad and Abe Vigoda.

It's funny, it's rhythmic, and it's everywhere in the 1997 classic comedy. Mitchell expressed an interest in reviving Good Burger, due to his youngest son being a fan of the film. In August 2022, shortly after receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Thompson confirmed that he and Mitchell are working on the sequel. During the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards where Thompson served as host, the duo once again hinted the sequel after performing a skit with Kumail Nanjiani. On October 24, 2022, Thompson confirmed that the screenplay was finished, with him and Mitchell teasing the script in a joint Instagram post.
Instead of accepting his mistake, Ed argues that the man asked for a burger with nothing on it, and since a burger patty is "something," then there was no reason to put anything on the bun. Instead of being put off by this comment, like most people would be, Ed simply turns around and examines his rear end. It's one of the funniest moments in the movie as it serves to introduce the audience to the naivety and innocence of Ed.
