I can never speak to any department about items ordered. Items ordered was suppose to take 4-5 days, but 3 weeks later, I still haven't received items that I paid for upfront. During the week you can never speak to any department representative on the phone, and it's a long shot speaking to one in person. You have to get in your vehicle and physically travel to the store to get any answers, because the departments never pick up the phone. This was my first experience doing business with Loews, and this definitely will be my last.
